Return Policy and Instructions

At Jndtek Store, we are completely committed to satisfying our customers. We are here to help solve problems! We offer store Paypal returns. Please contact us with any questions you may have about your model.

Returns:

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must be in its original condition and have the original tags attached to the packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return:

  • Products that have been assembled or installed.

  • Products that are not in their original packaging or are not in their original condition.

  • Products without proof of local logistics or damaged packages.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

 

  • Products that have been opened.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons that are not our fault.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Any item that has been customized upon request.

  • Any malicious or erroneous orders due to the actions or fault of the customer. 

  • Any item in proper transit time.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive your refund from us manually via Paypal within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, Please contact us at support@jndtek.com

Special Price Items:

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, special priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, Please send an email to support@jndtek.com and send your item to our address.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, who will be aware of your return.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our specific address via the postal service. Please contact us at support@jndtek.com for more information about our warehouse locations..

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In addition, the declared value of the product must be less than $100 when you send the product by post, as we will not be responsible for any taxes that may be incurred.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
